As expected, I missed some posts in between travel but glad I found this one. These are really cool!! And yes, tot he long days of summer. In the area where I live, it's more like the long days in the swamp! UGH... Thank you for sharing these wonderful images. I always love your work!
Love this dreamy double exposures. Reading in the hammock and watching passing clouds sounds like a really good place to be. I'm glad you're enjoying these moments.
Lovely photographs. I also like watching people at museums. I think I’ll get put my “old” Fuji camera that takes in camera double exposures next time I make a museum trip. Wonderful that you’re enjoying summer! Great camp experience…I love summer too…the long days…and the roses that continue to grow in this heat….
Heat is an appetite suppressant, at least for me, and that's a good thing as I need to lose weight for both aesthetic and medical reasons! As a confirmed carnivore, I crave meat with my meals so, yes, a salad with some chicken, ham or tuna is definitely a full meal.
Great series of shots, BTW, Manuela. My favourite is the second to last.
I love how you describe summer, how simplicity and slowing down become a way of life when it’s hot out, how home grown vegetables are always the best, how falling into the lake and laughing so hard can make one forget the she’s no longer a kid. What a gift! Your double exposures bring an ethereal feel to the museum. What a wonderful way of capturing that environment ! Thank you so much for sharing. Big hugs to you 💗💗💗
P.S. I’m also afraid of heights. A huge bravo for doing the high ropes course ! 💪💪💪
These are really fun images, Manuela. I also like the 6th one, which draws me in. I’ve been meaning to do some double exposures myself for a while, so thank you for the inspiration!
Sounds wonderful. You multiple exposures are inspiring. More and more I find myself turning my images inward on themselves with multiples layered upon themselves to tell the story I cant seem to catch in a single frame. In our home "big salads" count for dinner. Enjoy the tomatoes.

Thanks for this Manuela! I love summer too. Glad things seem to be calming down a bit for you. Hope all is well. <3
Thank you, Natalie! Yes, things are much calmer at the moment. It has been quite a year.

Thank you so much, Richard. I obviously relate to the desire to layer images. I just find it so fun and rewarding. Yes to big salads in the summer!!
